Roushill Estate currently offers two services; breeding and leasing. Breeding is our primary service and we dedicate ourselves to providing premium Oldenburgs to accompany you next in the show ring. We also offer horses of different levels and disciplines for lease.
Roushill Estate breeds premium Oldenburgs for the english disciplines. We offer mares and stallions of this breed which compete in showjumping, dressage and eventing. We dedicate ourselves to provide exceptional foals with amazing bloodlines, athletisicm, good temperment and behavior, and beauty. When breeding with one of our horses, we guarantee a strong show horse and marvelous looks.
Custom Breeding
This breeding option gives you the chance to breed a mare and stallion of Roushill together to receive your own custom foal.
Rules
i. Our suffix will not be removed or changed at any time. A horse from Roushill Estate must have either "von Roushill" or "RH" after it's registered name.
ii. You must be able to pay all fees for the breeding.
iii. The horse must go to a show home only.
iv. No physical changes are allowed to be made. Mane and tail style, as well as shine markings are allowed to be changed or added.
v. The horse will not be put up for mass download.
vi. If you choose to sell the horse, feel free to contact me first as I typically would like to buy the horse back.

Stud Request
This option gives you the chance to choose a Roushill stallion to breed to your mare. This option is insemination only, meaning no live covers.
Rules
i. Our suffix will not be removed or changed at any time. A horse from Roushill Estate must have either "von Roushill" or "RH" after it's registered name.
ii. You must be able to pay all fees for the breeding.
iii. We ask that your mare is a warmblood. There may be further restrictions based on the mare's breed and we will warn you of that beforehand, if it applies to you. The horse will be registered as an Oldenburg.
iv. No physical changes are allowed to be made. Mane and tail style, as well as shine markings are allowed to be changed or added.
v. The horse must go to a show home only.
vi. The horse will not be put up for mass download.
vii. If you choose to sell the horse, feel free to contact me first as I typically would like to buy the horse back.

Roushill Estate offers Oldenburgs of different disciplines and levels to suit you as a rider. Whether you ride in showjumping, dressage or eventing, we guarantee we have one for you. If you're looking for a challenge, or maybe a beginner safe horses, we have them. Together, we're ready to find you your next show partner.
RULES
i. Nothing may be changed or removed from the horse during any time of the lease. Replacement markings are acceptable but contact me first before doing so.
ii. The leased horse must go to a show home only.
iii. Horses must be entered into all shows of their discipline, with the exception of two being missed. If you know you are going to miss one, contact me.
iv. The lease will go one for 4 months.
v. The leaser must pay all show fees, but can keep the show winnings.
vi. The leaser must keep track of all the shows entered, points and winnings earned.
vii. The horse may not be put up for mass download, and you will not keep any of it (e.g. Coat) once the lease is over.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
At the end of the lease, you get two options to choose from as a thank you gift. One may be a free breeding, or a monetary gift. The monetary gift may vary depending on the points you helped the horse earn.
